Славік був студентом 1-го курсу, коли вірішив випробувати свої знання з інформаційних технологій на практиці і приєднався до AIESEC.

Slavik joined AIESEC in 2006 being a student of mechanics and mathematics faculty because he wanted to gain professional knowledge and develop himself. 

In 2008 he became the head of information management department of AIESEC in Lviv. Now Slavik works as a national head of information management department of AIESEC in Ukraine.

AIESEC gave Slavik unique opportunity to implement knowledge and skills gained in the university on practice, to network with other IT specialists, to get to know new tendencies in IT sphere. He is constantly improving his functional skills by creating web pages, designing and programming. 

“My life changed totally after joining AIESEC. During three years in this organization I was practicing in IT sphere and implementing my ideas. I realized several projects in IT and developed also leadership and management skills. Now I not only know my goals but also know the ways to achieve them. And one more success in AIESEC is the fact that I really believe now that impossible is nothing, and that you can get whatever you want ".

During his AIESEC experience Slavik got complex leadership, personal and professional development by both participating in creative projects and implementing his own ideas. He enjoyed working in teams and being a leader in IT sphere.
