Оксана була студенткою 1-го курсу, коли вірішила випробувати свої знання з економіки і менеджменту на практиці і приєдналась до AIESEC.

Oksana joined AIESEC in 2001. She occupied different positions in AIESEC in Lviv. Then she became a head of marketing department of AIESEC in Ukraine

One of her main role was to create national strategic marketing plan for implementation of AIESEC global brand in Ukraine. Oksana gained practical experience in marketing area, usage of different marketing and PR instruments, management and facilitation. Thanks to Oksana's work and persistence it was the first time when marketing sphere was developed in AIESEC in Ukraine. And this direction successfully works until now.

After several positions in global advertizing agency, today Oksana work as marketing director in big internet project. AIESEC experience influenced on Oksana's habits and style of behavior in all possible business situations.
