Інна була студенткою 5-го курсу, коли вірішила випробувати свої знання з фінансів на практиці і приєдналась до AIESEC.

Inna joined AIESEC when she was 21 and studied on the fifth year in the university. Reason to join AIESEC was a chance to get complex leadership, personal and professional development. 

Inna occupied a lot of a leadership positions during her life in AIESEC. She was co-founder of a local committee, finance responsible and the head of the organizing committee of Business Club. Then Inna managed finance direction on local and national level. Work on national level gave her a chance to manage all financial direction of AIESEC in Ukraine .After that Inna decided to develop her skills and gain new knowledge on international level by applying to AIESEC Estonia.

“I was managing finance area on the national level and I'm proud that my achievements in this direction became a great contribution to the development of AIESEC in Ukraine”.

During those 3 years which Inna spent in the organization, she received a lot of not only theoretical, but also practical knowledge. She had working experience in projects budgeting, financial management and work in a team with finance managers It was unbelievable experience of team work and team management.
