Історія Ані– лише одна з 4500 історій, які проживають кожного року молоді люди, беручи участь у Міжнародній програмі стажувань AIESEC.

Anya joined AIESEC because she wanted to joing network of proactive youth with strong leadership skills, to get international experience during internship, where she would be able to apply her theoretical knowledge in practice.

Anya decided to go on internship after graduating from her university at the age of 22. Main motivation to go on internship for Anya was desire to learn about a new country, to work on a challenging job and get professional experience. 

Anya was an intern at Technopark in Delhi (India), where she worked in the International research department. For 6 months she was analyzing different information, making marketing researches and dealing with various brands and companies. 

“Internship gave me an opportunity to experience international environment, especially Indian market and how famous brands are working there. I also experienced cultural diversity and gained professional knowledge in marketing direction”.

Thanks to AIESEC she found a leader inside herself, she learned how to work in a team and how to manage a team of young potential people.
